As Germany's largest paintball event, we naturally want to offer you the fastest and best possible service when it comes to payment processing. For this, we work with the well-known payment provider PayPal. PayPal offers you a wide selection of different payment options, tailored to your individual needs.
Below you will find a brief overview of the available payment methods you can use for your order. All orders are processed promptly. You will receive your tickets, etc., digitally via email. Only merchandise and hard tickets are sent by post. Please allow 2-3 days for processing.
PREPAYMENT
Please transfer the invoice amount in advance, stating the order number and the name of the person placing the order, to the following account:

The transfer takes 1-2 working days to be credited to our account.
Your order / digital tickets will be shipped immediately after the transfer amount has been credited to our business account.
The delivery time for payments made in advance / by bank transfer is 1-2 working days after receipt of payment.
PAYPAL PAYMENT
Pay for your online order quickly and easily with Paypal, the well-known digital payment provider.
PayPal offers a wide range of payment options. These include classic payments directly through the PayPal app, as well as invoice and installment payments, and direct debit. You can find all available options directly in your PayPal account.
After completing your order, you will be automatically redirected to the PayPal interface by our system.
The transfer is completed immediately and your order can be processed by us without delay and shipped as soon as possible.
Should you encounter a problem with a PayPal payment, you can also initiate a manual payment via PayPal using your PayPal app. Please send manual PayPal payments to Shop (at) Biggame-Mahlwinkel (dot) de. Please provide your name (name as it appears on the order) and your order number as payment reference.
